Most of my work sits with US and Australian SMEs and e-commerce businesses in the $500K–$10M revenue range, running on Xero or QuickBooks Online. Marketing agencies and DTC e-commerce brands are where I do my best work — I know what a messy Shopify payout looks like before I open the file.

Roughly six in ten of my clients are in the United States and three in ten in Australia, with the balance elsewhere.

Shopify payouts tied back to bank deposits, Stripe fees allocated where they belong, Amazon settlements broken out properly. A2X where it earns its keep.

For books that have drifted. I work back through the ledger, find what broke and when, and hand you an account you can actually rely on.

Payroll, BAS & IAS Lodgement

For Australian clients, run through Xero. Payroll processed and activity statements prepared and lodged on the ATO calendar.

Accounts Payable & Payment Runs

Bills in, approvals routed, payments scheduled. Your vendors paid on terms and your payables ageing telling the truth.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

Invoicing out on time and a follow-up cadence that holds. Cash collected is the part of revenue that pays wages.

Accounting System Migration

Moving platforms without losing your history. Chart of accounts mapped, balances tied out, opening figures that reconcile to the day you switched.

Before you commit

From first email to a month you can rely on.

Four steps. No onboarding fee, no lock-in period, and you keep your own subscriptions and data throughout.

    First contact

    You send me last month's books, or just describe what isn't tying out. I read the actual file and come back with what I'd do about it and what it would take. No charge for this, and no obligation either way.

  2. 02

    Access to the books

    We agree scope in writing first. Then you invite me into your own Xero or QuickBooks Online file as a user under your account — I never ask you to move your subscription or hand over your login.

  3. 03

    First close

    I work the first month end to end — reconciliations, payouts tied back, anything the previous books left open. You get the reporting pack and a written note on what I found and what I changed.

  4. 04

    Ongoing

    Same cadence every month, same person doing it. You get the close, the management reporting, and me on the other end of a message inside my working hours.

About

One accountant. The whole engagement.

I qualified as a Certified Public Accountant with the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines in November 2013, and I've spent the twelve years since inside the books of businesses selling into the US and Australia.

I run this practice on my own. That's a deliberate choice, not a stage I'm growing out of. When you bring me a question about a variance in last month's gross margin, you're asking the person who did the reconciliation — not someone reading a handover note.
